Since it has been discovered that there are vehicles that can be built capable of transporting people not just over land but when they reach water they can take on the functions of a boat, there have been many developments meaning you can have a tour of land and water in the same vehicle. • Aqua safaris - A lot of these services are based in places like Australia where they have extremely interesting sea life species. • Aqua-bus tours - With these types of tours becoming so much more popular it is now possible to go on these kinds of tours in large cities such as New York. With a service that can take you down the main roads in the city then take you on to the water to gain a view of the cities sky line. This has the advantage that you don't have to go on a land tour then get off and go on a separate water tour as you get both in the one service, the inside of aqua-buses are set out comfortably with seating and enough space for you to stand to get a good look at the views surrounding you.
• Wild life aqua-buses - These tours are more orientated around the larger wild life such as whales and dolphins. It is possible for you to get up close to the animals and have a person narrating what the different species are and more about their habitat. With these types of companies it is usually to help the animals living in that area so if you went to Vancouver to see the whales then you could donate some money to the company and that would go towards helping them provide conservation for whales.
